CeylanHomeRugs sells digitally printed, made-to-order rugs in various designs, sizes, shapes, and base options.

All product descriptions, images, videos, and size information are provided to help customers make informed decisions before ordering.

Because our rugs are made to order, each item is produced specifically for the customer’s selected design, size, and material/base option.

Product appearance

We do our best to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, room environment, and production conditions.

Small variations in color, scale, placement, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.

Our rugs are decorative, low-profile, digitally printed rugs. They are not thick, padded, or traditional high-pile carpets unless specifically stated in the product description.

Custom sizes and custom requests

Customers may contact us for custom-size or custom-design requests. We will do our best to prepare the design according to the requested dimensions, but some artwork may need to be adjusted, repeated, extended, or slightly modified to fit unusual ratios.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and confirming the correct size before ordering.

Orders and payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, including shipping address, contact information, size selection, and product options.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if there is an issue with payment, address information, product availability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.

Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Import duties and taxes

If a customer sends an image, logo, or artwork for a custom rug, the customer confirms that they have the right to use that image or artwork.

CeylanHomeRugs is not responsible for copyright or trademark issues related to customer-provided content.

Limitation of liability

CeylanHomeRugs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.
