Are your rugs made to order? +
Yes. Each rug is produced after purchase in your selected size and base option.
Can I request a custom size? +
Yes. Many designs can be prepared in custom dimensions. Message us with your preferred size and room details.
Are the rugs thick or plush? +
Our rugs are decorative, digitally printed, low-profile rugs. They are not intended to be thick, padded, or plush carpets.
Will the colors look exactly like my screen? +
Screen colors and room lighting can affect how colors appear. Slight color differences between screen and real-life tones are normal.
How long does shipping take? +
After production, express shipping is usually estimated at 3–5 business days, depending on destination and carrier conditions.
Can I return a made-to-order rug? +
Because each rug is produced for your selected size and base, returns are limited. Please review product details carefully before ordering. If there is damage or a production issue, contact us with photos.
Which base should I choose? +
Cotton Base is lightweight and foldable, Rubber Base adds non-slip function, and Cotton Soft Pile offers a softer underfoot feel. Product pages include a base guide to help you choose.
