All rugs are made to order and carefully prepared before shipping.

Processing time

Our rugs are produced after purchase. Processing time may vary depending on order volume, rug size, base option, customization needs, and production schedule.

If you need your rug by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping time

After production is complete, orders are shipped with express international shipping whenever available.

Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually 3–5 business days, depending on destination country, carrier conditions, customs processing, and local delivery services.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please check your address carefully before placing your order. If an order is returned, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges depending on the destination country.

These fees are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Carrier delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or events outside of our control.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we will help check the tracking information.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be found, please check with household members, neighbors, building reception, or the local carrier office.

Damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging before opening if possible. If the rug inside is also damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the package and the item.
